Small Bruschettas with Green Olives Patè
6 slices toasted bread
1 jar of Green Olives Patè by Valbona
a little olive oil
a pinch of salt
2 red cherry tomatoes
1) Toast a little of the bread cut into rounds in the oven until crisp.
2) Spread each slice of bread with Green Olives Patè by Valbona.
3) If you want, add some green olives cut into large pieces
4) Add a drizzle of olive oil and some freshly ground black pepper and serve, decorating the dish with a few red cherry tomatoes.
