Puff Pastry with Grilled Radicchio, Cooked Ham and Taleggio Cheese
1 pack of puff pastry
1 jar of Grilled Radicchio Rosso (Red Chicory) by Valbona
150g Taleggio cheese (strong, semi-soft, washed rind cheese)
50g cooked ham
sesame seeds (optional)
1-Cut out 2 rounds from the puff pastry, slightly bigger than the size of the bowls you will use.
2-Place them in the bowls, which you have previously greased (or lined with greaseproof paper), so that part of them reaches the edge.
3-Prick the bottom, then add the cooked ham, the taleggio cheese cut into chunks, and the Grilled Radicchio Rosso by Valbona. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5 - Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 15-20 minutes
