160g durum wheat pasta
1 jar of Pesto Mediterranea style by Valbona
water as required
1 pinch of pepper
A little olive oil
5-6 fresh cherry tomatoes
50g fresh ricotta cheese
1 sprig of fresh basil
1) Put the Pesto Mediterranea style by Valbona into a pan and heat it over a low heat.
2) Meanwhile, cook the pasta following the instructions on the pack. After draining the pasta, add it to the pan with the pesto.
3) Toss it for a few minutes over a high heat to blend well with the sauce.
4) Serve by decorating the dish with a tablespoon of ricotta cheese, a few fresh cherry tomatoes and some basil leaves.
