Mini Bruschettas with Red Pesto

Ingredients: 

12 rounds of well-toasted bread

1 jar of Red Pesto by Valbona

1 tablespoon oregano

1 fresh clove of garlic

50g flaked Grana (parmesan-type) cheese

Method: 

1) Toast the bread and then rub the clove of garlic over the toasted surface.

2) Spread a tablespoon of Red Pesto by Valbona on each toasted round, and then add the Grana cheese flakes and a sprinkling of oregano.

3) Place in an oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Serve warm.
